All items are fully insured, carefully blanket wrapped and delivered inside your home or office.

Quotes

All quotes given through this web site are valid for 30 days from the quote being submitted. In order to receive the quoted price, you must record the quote number and reference that number in all further communications with us. Prices are subject to change if important details are not received in the initial quote request. Such details would include stairs or other obstacles to prevent parking near your building.

Delivery and Pickup Times

Quoted delivery and pickup times are estimates and may fluctuate due to weather, traffic or other conditions beyond our control. We will contact the receiver or shipper with updated times in the case that such conditions occur.

Communication

It is essential that we have a way to contact shippers and receivers about delivery. In the submission forms there are fields for Email and three phone numbers. If there are additional ways to contact you or special conditions on any of these methods, please give all details in the Additional Notes of a shipment.

Payment

Payment is required prior to pickup of any shipment. We accept payment via PayPal, and an invoice will be sent as soon as a quote is confirmed.

Redelivery Charge

If no one is available to receive delivery of a shipment, and arrangements have not been made for us to leave the shipment in a safe place, then the delivery will be rescheduled and a redelivery fee will be assessed at an additional 50% of the original charge.

Agreement to these terms and conditions also includes agreement to our Privacy Policy Use of this site for registering an account, and submitting quote and shipment requests, constitutes agreement to all of the terms on this page.
