12-02-2012 - Recommended Browsers - Internet Explorer does not work well
TSC MOVING recommends Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera at this point of time. With Internet Explorer we observed compatibility issues meaning the website did not work right at different places. Please try one of the other browsers first when you get stuck with Internet Explorer. We are working on the issue.

11-29-2012 - Faster transit to and from CA and elsewhere
As of now TSC MOVING picks up and delivers in AZ and NM only along I10, which includes Tuscon and Phoenix . We expect further improvement in the transit times for all shipments going to CA and coming from CA from streamlining our routes.
In a similar way TSC MOVING streamlines the East Coast traffic and the routes to and from IL, MI, OH and IN. A few areas with very little business like most of WV and DE will not be serviced at this point of time to achieve maximum efficiency.
The borders of our service area are flexible on a quote by quote basis. This means for a large shipment to a destination slightly outside the coverage zone we will give a shipping quote, for a small shipment to the same destination we might not. To be sure please do not hesitate to request a quote.

Every three months we review all the shipments coming from your location. Based on the average monthly shipping volume we will express our appreciation of your business with a check mailed to your store according to the following:

Transit Times:
In general, TSC Moving assigns all shipments to the next available trip in the order in which we receive payment.
Currently, TSC Moving works according to the following schedule:
- California, once every 2 weeks
- East Coast, weekly up to New York and bi-weekly up to Boston
- Chicago and Mid-West, every 2 weeks
- Texas and Southeast every 2 1/2 weeks
- Florida most every week
Often the truck are booked well in advance, therefore our Delivery Times range from a few days for some shipments, if we can deliver on the same truck, to around 6 weeks and longer when demand is above average. The transit time depends on the demand on a given route and the transfer times between trips. To achieve maximum efficiency we often move shipments from one trip to another, so the information in our tracking window is preliminary until the email notification arrives. This email is sent 3-5 days ahead of the pickup or delivery.
